Hiyäm, Artist of Movement, Wellness Visionary
Hiyäm is a woman of vision, depth, and devotion. For over two decades, she has embodied a profound, integrated approach to movement, where ancient martial traditions, yoga, meditation, and conscious living converge.
At 18, she discovered Muay Thai, the traditional martial art of Thailand, and went on to become the first female Muay Thai instructor in Quebec, and the second in Canada. In 2011, she followed her intuition and moved to Thailand to live her dream. There, amidst temples, monks, silence, and sacred rituals, a new path revealed itself: meditation, yoga, and inner alignment.
Upon returning to Montreal, she pursued formal yoga teacher training under Sylvie Tremblay, beginning a journey of continuous learning. She has since completed over 1,000 hours of advanced training, including in India, and more recently in therapeutic healing yoga, developing an intuitive and somatic approach to care.
With rare mastery of both the body and presence, Hiyäm transmits the Art of Movement as a living ritual in private retreats, corporate immersions, and bespoke wellness journeys that awaken clarity, strength, and grace.
Passionate about tea, elegance, and sensory beauty, Hiyäm also spent over 20 years in luxury hospitality and became a certified tea sommelier in 2013. Her approach blends precision, soulful refinement, and excellence in care and hosting.
Through HIYÄM Wellness Living, she now designs exclusive retreats and high-end mentorships for individuals, leaders, and aligned companies seeking renewal, recalibration, and reconnection with what matters most.
Hiyäm’s formation spans over 25 years across continents, weaving Eastern wisdom with Western depth. Her dedication to study, discipline, and transformation has shaped a unique path that integrates martial arts, yoga, ritual, and therapeutic care.

Frédéric, Entrepreneur, Investor, Embodying Yin & Yang
Frédéric Charland is a man whose life embodies freedom, discipline, and the celebration of living fully. For fifteen years, he served with honour as a firefighter in Montréal, dedicating himself to protecting and uplifting others. Alongside his service, he successfully built and led businesses in
Quebec, including Centre Santé Coaching, and today he continues to carry this entrepreneurial spirit as the founder of Medz Media.
At just 38 years old, Frédéric chose a path of courage and transformation, taking an early retirement to embrace a new chapter. He acquired a Beneteau 41-foot sailing vessel in Florida and set out to live his dream of navigating the world by sea. His voyages have taken him from the Bahamas to Panama, and in 2025, across the vast Pacific Ocean to Tahiti, always guided by his desire to live consciously, with kindness, and to share goodness wherever he sails.
Deeply rooted in family values, Frédéric treasures the close bond he maintains with his loved ones. This profound sense of connection reflects in all aspects of his life and in the way he envisions wellness: as a balance between personal growth, community, and abundance. One of his greatest strengths lies in investment, which he approaches with vision and discipline. For him, wellness is also an investment, of time, energy, and wisdom. This unique perspective inspires his vision of retreats that celebrate conscious living and the abundance of life, including future programs where business and wellness intertwine.
